At myTVS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Request

Log into your myTVS account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn items with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand over your package to the designated courier service; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
